Arrival and departure information
- Upon arrival, please report to the central reception of Janský Dvůr, where you will present your ID card and the Reservation Confirmation, which we will send you after paying the advance invoice.
- The reception staff will provide you with further information about your stay.
- Address for navigation - Janský Dvůr 38, Janske Lazne.
- Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 14:00 p.m.
- On the day of departure, please Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. with the possibility of storing luggage at the reception in Janský Dvůr.
Important information
- Staying with dogs and other animals is not possible in spa hotels and annexes.
- Smoking is not allowed in the spa area and in all indoor areas of the spa houses.
- No insurance is included in the price of the stay.
