Within the framework of the Operational Program Employment, No. 043, the State Spa Janské Lázně, sp was provided with support for employee training, which is co-financed from European Union funds.
Specific objective of the program:
Increase the adaptability of older workers, their professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of workers and the compliance of the qualification level of the workforce with the requirements of the labor market.

The project will provide training for employees of the State Medical Spa Janské Lázně, sp. The aim of this project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees and thus ensure compliance with their qualifications and competencies with the requirements for the work performed. A total of 64 people will be involved in the project.
It is therefore expected that the level of knowledge and skills of the employees involved will increase and, as a result, the quality of care for subordinate employees and ultimately for spa clients.
