What will you do?
washing and sanitizing white dishes
sorting and storing inventory in the right place
Disposal of food leftovers and waste management according to regulations
cleaning of kitchen, pantry and washroom areas (floors, surfaces, equipment)
auxiliary work in the kitchen (e.g. cleaning vegetables, potatoes, etc.)
care for the cleanliness of machines, equipment and transport trolleys
cooperation with the team and assistance as needed for operations
compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
