What will you do?

Professional management and organization of healthcare at the Vesna Children's Hospital
Management and development of a team of doctors and other healthcare professionals
Active participation in patient admissions, visits and development of treatment plans
Coordination of expert consultations and communication with parents/legal guardians
Responsibility for the quality of medical documentation and compliance with quality standards
Collaboration across departments across the entire organization

Education

Completed university education in medicine
Specialized competence in the field (RFM, pediatrics, etc.)
Czech Medical Association license for the performance of the function of chief physician/primary physician
Experience in managing a healthcare team
Active approach, empathy and willingness to participate in the development of the workplace
