General information
Rehabilitation treatment in a specialized medical institution is recommended by the attending physician to patients in the stage of stabilization of the disease, usually during the client's hospitalization, i.e. by direct transfer from hospital inpatient departments. Alternatively, it is proposed by a general practitioner/specialist physician to patients with chronic musculoskeletal problems or neurological diseases. However, our facility preferentially accepts clients directly from a hospital bed after the acute stage has subsided or after surgery. To be admitted to treatment in the OLÚ, the client must be circulatory and metabolically compensated, must cooperate, must be able to cope with intensive rehabilitation treatment, must not have nosocomial infections and there is a presumption of improvement in their clinical condition through rehabilitation
The health insurance company covers the standard costs of medical and nursing care, standard accommodation and meals.. The accompanying person may pay extra for accommodation above the standard level. Unaccompanied children are accommodated exclusively in triple rooms. If the attending physician indicates transport to the spa, the health insurance company also covers this transport.
If the client has been approved by the health insurance company escort, then the standard accommodation and meals of the accompanying person are covered by the health insurance company. Only an adult person with legal capacity may be an accompanying person and must be available to the client and assist him/her throughout his/her stay. If you wish to spend your stay in the spa with an accompanying person, even though your insurance company has not approved it, then the accompanying person will pay for their own accommodation and meals according to the accommodation offer in the Price List of Comprehensive and Spa Care and Medical Rehabilitation Care in the OLÚ, which is available hereAccommodation of accompanying persons together with the client is only possible if there is free capacity.
During the stay in a specialized medical institution, the child's accompaniment is recognized temporarily unable to work (so they don't have to take vacation).
The arrival date is determined exclusively by the spa, reservations are not possible.
Accommodations
The health insurance company covers standard accommodation, i.e. a bed in a room without superior equipment. Superior accommodation or equipment can be ordered for an additional fee listed in the price list of supplements. The number of superior rooms is limited. Superior accommodation is not available for unaccompanied children.
Children are accommodated directly in the Vesna Children's Hospital building. The spa building and room type are primarily determined by the spa based on the child's health condition, taking into account current occupancy.However, if you wish to stay in a specific building or room category, please contact our admissions office as soon as possible after receiving the initial information, which will inform you of the current options.

Eating and diets
Meals for clients are provided in the dining room in the Vesna or Réva building, depending on the place of accommodation. On the day of arrival, lunch is served from 11: 30 do 14: 00 hours and dinner from 17: 00 do 17: 30 hours. Breakfast ends on the day of departure. From the following day of stay, an individual choice of at least two types of food is possible for lunch and dinner (with the exception of diets).
All diets must be reported upon receipt of confirmation of acceptance of the proposal to the spa's nutritional therapists at dietkavesna@janskelazne.comIf dietary restrictions are not reported, it is not possible to provide a diet in the first days of the stay, and the child may not be accepted for the stay.
The price of special diets for companions or clients who have not been prescribed them by a doctor is listed in price list.
