How to get points?

  • The total amount for purchased stay, including additional procedures, we convert it to points.
  • For every one paid 25 CZK you get 1 point.
  • Points are earned for stays purchased directly at our spa or at www.janskelazne.com
  • Points are earned for self-pay stays and stays made through health insurance companies (for comprehensive spa care and OLÚ for supplements from above-standard accommodation, accommodation in a single room, for selected meals and additionally purchased procedures, for contributory spa care for accommodation, meals and additionally purchased procedures).
  • Points are loading from the date of card establishment, they cannot be retrieved.
  • The amount of your discount and bonuses depends on the number of points..

How to get bonuses and discounts?

  • Register for the program and get a virtual loyalty card.
  • Discounts and bonuses can be used after paying for your first stay.
  • Discounts and bonuses can be used at self-pay stays according to membership type.
  • Discounts and bonuses can be used when stays covered by health insurance companies according to membership type.

Program limitations

  • Points are not earned for stays purchased through a travel agency or other intermediary (e.g. company stays paid for by the employer, etc.).
  • Points are not earned for stays paid for with payment vouchers or benefits.

  • If you are entitled to move to the next level of the loyalty program during your stay, you will only be able to benefit from the associated benefits during your next stay.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to the payment of the accommodation fee, services at the Terra restaurant, the Kolonáda café, the Venátská hala buffet and the Vesna buffet.
