The Specialized Treatment Institute (OLÚ) in Janské Lázně provides intensive rehabilitation care to patients after operations, injuries or with chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal and nervous system. We specialize primarily in early rehabilitation in the form of direct transfer from the hospital bed, which is key to a successful return to active life. The program is intended for cooperating clients in a stabilized condition, for whom targeted therapy and the use of natural resources bring demonstrable improvement in the clinical condition.
During the period of medical rehabilitation care, the client is recognized as temporarily unable to work (i.e. does not have to take vacation).

The client's companion is understood to be an adult person with legal capacity who must be available to the client and assist him/her throughout his/her treatment stay. The companion is accommodated in the same room as the client. If the client has an accompanying person approved by the health insurance company, the health insurance company will cover the standard accommodation and meals for this companion. The spa submits a proposal for approval to the health insurance company. If you wish to spend your stay in the spa with an accompanying person, even though your insurance company has not approved them, the accompanying person will cover their own accommodation and meals according to the hotel accommodation offer.

Accommodations
Clients are accommodated in the main spa building Janský Dvůr, which is connected to the rehabilitation pool and procedures, or in adjacent spa annexes near the center.

The health insurance company covers a bed in a standard double room. For single rooms or higher accommodation standards, a surcharge is charged according to current price listIf you require accommodation exclusively in a standard double room (no supplement), please notify us in writing as soon as possible after receiving the initial information for your stay.

The building and room type are determined primarily by the head physician of the hospital based on the client's health condition, taking into account the current occupancy.
