The client must not show clinical symptoms of COVID-19.

Changing companions for pediatric patients is only possible once every 14 days.
Generally, normal obligations apply.
- Disinfection dispensers are located in the spa buildings.
- When entering buildings and common areas, All clients are required to disinfect their hands.
- In case of manifestation of an infectious disease Clients are obliged to immediately contact the spa medical staff or reception staff.
- Contactless payments by credit card or mobile phone are preferred.
