General information
The health insurance company reimburses the client for all costs of medical and nursing care, meals and standard accommodation. The client may pay extra for accommodation beyond the standard level. If the attending physician indicates transport to the spa, the health insurance company will also cover this transport.
If the client is approved by the health insurance company and escort, then the health insurance company will cover the standard accommodation and meals for this companion. Only an adult person with legal capacity can be a companion and must be available to the client and assist him/her throughout his/her stay. The companion is accommodated in the same room as the client.
If you wish to spend your stay at the spa with an escort, even though it has not been approved by your insurance company, then the accompanying person will pay for their own accommodation and meals according to the offer. hotel accommodationwhich is available here. Accompaniment of the accompanying person together with the client is possible only if there is free capacity. During the comprehensive spa treatment, the client is recognized temporarily unable to work (so they don't have to take vacation).
Start date to the spa are determined by the spa according to their capacity. However, it is possible to book a stay in a specific calendar month (the specific day in the month is determined by the spa). This option is intended both for clients whose approved proposal for comprehensive medical care has been delivered to the spa, and for clients who only reasonably expect that a proposal for comprehensive spa treatment will be issued and approved. The length of stay is determined by the indication list.

Accommodations
Your health insurance company will cover standard accommodation, i.e. a bed in a double room without extra facilities. Extra facilities are available for an additional fee as listed in the price list of additional fees. here.
We would like to inform you that the capacity of rooms in the standard category (fully covered by insurance) is limited. In the event that rooms in this category are occupied, you may be assigned a room with a spa surcharge even without your request. If you require accommodation exclusively in a standard double room (without a surcharge), please notify us in writing as soon as possible after receiving the initial information for your stay.
We provide accommodation in the main spa building Janský Dvůr and in adjacent spa annexes located in close proximity to the center. The Terra***Superior hotel is also available to clients.
The spa building and room type are determined primarily by the head physician of the spa based on your health condition, taking into account the current occupancy.However, if you wish to stay in a specific building or room type (e.g. single, superior, etc.), please contact our admissions office as soon as possible after receiving the initial information, which will inform you of the current options.

Eating and diets
Meals for clients are provided in the dining room in the Centrum building, located next to the Kolonáda café, and in the dining rooms in the Janské Dvůr building. For clients staying at the Terra*** Superior hotel, meals are provided in the hotel restaurant.
On the day arrival Lunch is served from 13:00 PM to 14:00 PM (Hotel Terra 12:00 PM – 14:00 PM). On the day departure Your meal ends with breakfast. From the following day of your stay, you can choose from at least two types of food (with the exception of diets).
The spa also prepares meals according to various therapeutic diets. You can view them here. spa diet system for adults. Basic diets (rational) and special diets (especially sparing, reducing, diabetic, diabetic sparing, gluten-free and lactose-free) prescribed by a doctor are covered by the health insurance company. The price of special diets for companions or clients who have not been prescribed by a doctor is listed in the price list.
All diets must be reported upon receipt of confirmation of acceptance of the proposal to the spa's nutritional therapists at dietka@janskelazne.comIf you do not report any dietary restrictions, it is not possible to provide a diet during the first few days of your stay. Diets cannot be provided in the hotel restaurant Terra.
