THE JANSKÉ LÁZNÉ HEALTH SPA HAS BECOME AN ACCREDITED HEALTHCARE FACILITY IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC PROVIDING SPA CARE
AND CARE IN A SPECIALIZED MEDICAL INSTITUTION
The State Medical Spa Janské Lázně successfully completed an accreditation audit, which took place on June 18-19, 2020. All areas of the established quality management system and safety of the services provided were examined according to accreditation standards. Based on the results of the audit, the spa received a certificate of accreditation.
The idea of accrediting SLL JL was born at the beginning of 2018, when the first consultations, pre-accreditation investigation and subsequent intensive preparations took place. Throughout the preparations, communication and cooperation took place between our facility and the Joint Accreditation Commission regarding questions and discrepancies necessary for consultations.
For clients, an accredited facility in the Czech Republic means a guarantee of top quality. Our facility has been providing medical care thanks to a natural mineral spring for many years, has tradition and experience. And it is thanks to qualified staff who pay individual attention to our patients that we achieve success in treating each individual.
Accreditation is an official confirmation that the spa provides high-quality and safe treatment to patients, in accordance with applicable legislation. Obtaining a certificate does not end there, but rather begins a systematic and, one might say, never-ending process through which we strive to increase the achieved level of care provided.
On July 16, 2020, the certificate was presented at the State Medical Spa. The company's director, Mgr. Martin Voženílek, ceremoniously received the certificate from the director of the Joint Accreditation Commission, MUDr. David Marx, who positively assessed the spa management's decision to undergo an accreditation investigation even in unfavorable times related to the coronavirus epidemic and highlighted the uniqueness of our spa. We are a unique spa facility in terms of the size and spectrum of services provided - a combination of spa care and medical care in a Specialized Medical Institute, which has been accredited by the Joint Accreditation Commission.
As stated by the director Mgr. Voženílek at the handover ceremony, the company's goals in the coming years will include investments that should increase patient comfort and improve the environment in which quality services are provided with the aim of ensuring patient and employee safety.
