• IV / 2 Conditions after total thyroidectomy. Within 6 months after surgery. KLP-21 days, PLP-21 days, repeat only in case of complications.
• IV / 3 Conditions after operations hyperfunctional benign pituitary adenoma. Within 6 months after surgery, KLP-21 days.

• V / 1 Conditions after operations upper and lower respiratory tract (within 6 months of surgery). Conditions after lung transplant up to 12 months after surgery. Lower respiratory tract KLP-28 days, upper respiratory tract KLP-21 days. (The indication is agreed in our spa only for clients of the General Health Insurance (111) and the Military Health Insurance (201)
• V / 2 Damage larynx and vocal cords due to vocal overload, conditions after phonosurgical treatment. KLP-21 days, with repetition PLP-21 days.
• V / 3 Conditions after a complicated pneumonia. Within 4 months of the end of hospitalization, KLP-21 days.
• V/4 Bronchiectasis, recurrent lower respiratory tract infections. KLP-21 days with the possibility of extension, repetition possible once a year.
• V / 5 Bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. KLP-28 days, FEV less than 60% or systemic corticosteroids for more than 6 months. PLP-21 days, repetition possible once a year.
• V / 6 Interstitial pulmonary fibrosis of any etiology in systemic treatment. KLP- 28 days, PLP-21 days, repetition possible once a year.
• V/7 Consequences of toxic effects of gases, fumes, corrosive vapors and irritating dusts to the upper respiratory tract and lower respiratory tract. KLP-21 days, in case of occupational disease KLP-28 days, repetition possible once a year.

• VI/1 Chabé polio, post-poliomyelitis syndrome, facial nerve palsy. KLP-28 days, with polio, repetition possible once a year.
• VI/2 Polyneuropathy. KLP-28 days, PLP-21 days SS 0-3, EMG required, can be repeated once within 24 months.

• VI/6 Conditions after surgeries and injuries CNS and PNS. KLP-28 days, within 6 months of surgery or injury, repetition possible once every 36 months.
• VI/7 Multiple sclerosis a other demyelinating diseases in remission. KLP-28 days, repetition possible 1x within 24 months.
• VI/8 Neuromuscular disease. KLP-28 days, repetition possible once a year.
• VI/9 Syringomyelia with paretic manifestations. KLP-21 days, repetition possible once within 24 months.
  
• VI/10 DMO. KLP-28 days, up to 21 years of age, repetition possible once a year, from 21 years of age, repetition possible once within 24 months.
  
• VI/11 Parkinson's disease. KLP-21 days, repetition possible once within 24 months.
