I would like to thank you in advance for your support and patience during these difficult times, which I firmly believe we will overcome together.
I would like to take this opportunity to comment on the situation regarding the media-reported transfers of patients from nearby hospitals due to the overloading of medical facilities, which is leading many of you to worry about safety in our spa.
The entire ward for these patients, including the staff who care for them, is completely isolated from other patients. From a safety and hygiene point of view, the operation of the ward is maximally ensured so that the health of our clients or staff is not endangered. The operation of the spa is therefore not limited in any way, except for the reduction of bed capacity due to the allocation of one part to help hospitals.
As a healthcare facility, we are obliged to relieve the burden on overburdened hospitals in the region in order to avoid the collapse of the healthcare system in the Czech Republic. We will do everything in our power to maintain normal operations while lending a helping hand to our colleagues.
