Prepare Sejkory from Kerkonoše
We will need:
• 1 kg potatoes
• 20 ml milk
• 2 eggs
• 150 g plain flour
• 3 cloves of garlic
• ground pepper
• salt
• lard and/or butter
Approach:
Peel and wash the potatoes. Grate them on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess liquid. Beat the eggs in a little milk and pour them over the potatoes, sprinkle with plain flour and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Spread the dough into a thin layer on a hot Teflon pan (or ideally a stovetop). Fry the pancakes quickly until dry on both sides. After frying, spread the Sejkory with lard and/or butter with grated garlic while still hot.
